Cancellation/Refund Policy

At RAW – Race At Will (operated by F AND M EXPERIENCE CENTRE), we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our services.
1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds
Standard Bookings (RC Car Racing, 4×4 Crawler, Sim Racing Sessions):
24 Hours or More Notice: If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled session time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are generally not eligible for a refund. However, you may be offered the option to reschedule your session, subject to availability and our discretion.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Group Bookings & Events:
For group bookings or special events, a longer cancellation notice period may apply, which will be specified at the time of booking. Please refer to your specific event agreement for details.
Technical Issues on Our End:
If a session cannot proceed due to technical issues with our equipment or unforeseen circumstances directly attributable to RAW – Race At Will, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your session at no additional charge.
2. Refund Process
To request a cancellation and potential refund, please contact us via email at support@raceatwill.in or phone at +91 814 703 1764.
You will need to provide your booking ID and the name under which the booking was made.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Items/Situations The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
Gift cards or vouchers.
Services that have already been rendered or partially used.
Purchases made at our café or merchandise store.
Cancellations due to personal reasons made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse of equipment.
4. Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your booking, we encourage you to reschedule rather than cancel.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
For standard bookings, rescheduling is typically permitted without charge if requested with 24 hours or more notice.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be accommodated at our discretion.
5. Disputes Any disputes regarding refunds should be brought to our attention as soon as possible by contacting us directly. We will review each case individually and aim for a fair resolution.
